This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with solid senior HR experience to work as part of a flexible HR Business Partnering team. Supporting an Academic and/or Professional Services portfolio, you will take a lead on complex case work and will be the trusted adviser and strategic partner in all matters related to people management.
You will manage a small team of Associate HR Business Partners and will have responsibility and oversight for day-to-day HR operational advice and guidance on a range of people management issues as well as supporting with the development and review of policies and procedures, project work and organisational change management.
You will need a combination of strategic and operational HR experience and expertise, as well as interpersonal and technical skills and the ability to establish credible relationships with a diverse range of people. Demonstrable skills and experience at either HR Business Partner or Senior/Associate HR Business Partner level in a large, complex, and regulated environment will be essential.
This post is available immediately, on a full time, fixed term contract until September 2023 to cover the Maternity Leave of the postholder.
