Job Summary - The Student Employability and Academic Success (SEAS) team at the University of Exeter have a unique opportunity for a recent graduate who is keen to develop their skills in project management, research, data analytics, and reporting. You will work on a new project which aims to evaluate the outcomes of the university’s Access to Internships (A2i) scheme which provides funded internship opportunities for Widening Participation students. You will play a key role within the project team, contributing your findings and ideas to deliver positive outcomes for students and enhance existing processes. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) scheme and offers an 8-month contract initially with the potential to extend. There will be the option to work remotely with 1-2 days per week in offices located in the Forum on Streatham Campus in Exeter. About You - You should be a graduate who is confident communicating effectively in person, in writing and email, and by telephone with a diverse range of people, has excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS office, especially, Excel with the ability to interrogate and manipulate data, and has an understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods. You should have experience of in handling complex processes, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes, be happy work independently, prioritise, and meet deadlines under pressure, and be able to identify areas for process improvement, make recommendations and successfully implementing change. You should also have excellent attention to detail and ability to convey information clearly to a range of audiences, be able to always present a professional image, the ability obtain cooperation by developing excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, the ability to contribute to a positive team working culture, be able to work independently when required, plus have recent relevant administrative experience.
