Responsibilities
Bayes ExecEd is the Executive Education arm of Bayes Business School and we are now seeking a Director of Executive Education to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering on the strategic plan which focuses on both bespoke programmes and open programmes (i.e pre-packaged offerings).
They will need strong networking and influencing skills, working with both Deans and Heads across the School as well as academics, gaining trust and credibility of the faculty. The new Director of Executive Education will be critical in growing the business through further developing the bespoke education service as well as re-designing and expanding the open programmes.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will need to be proficient at winning new business for the school and adept at ensuring clients bring repeat custom. This is a unique opportunity for someone to make a significant impact to the executive education landscape within a top UK Business School. We are looking for someone with drive and ambition to not only further our offering but to ensure we are world leaders within executive education.
There has been renewed growth of Bayes ExecEd following the pandemic and this indicates the increasing brand recognition of Bayes in the competitive ExecEd market, particularly in the two core markets where the school operates (London and the MENA region) and is a sign that significant growth opportunities are ahead.
