An opportunity has arisen within the Marketing department for a self-motivated, pro-active and highly organised individual to join our team.
The Events and Fan Engagement Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in organising and delivering key internal events, in order to increase engagement with customers and increase the use of the SSP facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fan engagement initiatives and supporting to drive ticket sales for Surrey Scorchers and Surrey Storm, to ensure that the match day experience for fans is of the highest standard.
The role will also work closely with the Customer Experience team and Sport & Fitness Delivery team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and positively enhance the customer experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent management, organisational and prioritisation skills, and experience of working independently and dealing with unforeseen circumstances and problems.
This role requires work during unsocial hours, including early mornings, late evening and at weekends.
