Peoples Future Limited is a dedicated subsidiary within the Coventry University Group and is looking to appoint a full time Senior Teaching Fellow in Project Management who is committed to contributing to the continued success of the School of Mechanical Engineering
Working in the School of Mechanical Engineering, you will be committed to contributing to our continued success. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate on Project Management specifically in Engineering and wish to significantly contribute to the development and the delivery of our courses. Due to the continued success of our programmes of study, we are looking for a new enthusiastic individual with expertise in the following areas:
This post is teaching centred roles where you will focus on modules at different academic levels, including undergraduate, post-graduatand industry students.
You will need to share our passion for delivering a positive student experience that puts excellence in teaching and learning at the heart of everything we do, being able to demonstrate significant knowledge in your area of specialisation. You will have the opportunity to develop curriculum and design the delivery of teaching so that is engaging, innovative and responsive. Your drive will be to achieve excellent student learning outcomes.
With a dynamic and varied work environment your ability to work flexibly will be important. There are opportunities to promote and support international partnerships, with you potentially delivering teaching onsite at one of our international partners.
You will have either extensive relevant industrial experience at a senior level and/or be qualified to MSc level in a relevant subject. You may already have academic qualifications and industrial experience within relevant manufacturing sectors and Professional Body membership is advantageous. Experience of working in professional educational practice/consultancy projects/leading industrial continuous improvement education will also be advantageous.
This position is a teaching focused post that will appeal to you by allowing you to focus on pedagogic practice and curriculum design.
