We are seeking a Head of IT Programme Management Office (PMO), who will lead and further enhance our PMO delivery services and technical governance framework. You will also provide technical leadership, professional mentoring and coaching support for your PMO team members. With a proven background in successful, complex, programme and project deliveries, including managing capital budgets and overseeing robust service transition operating models, you will be an experienced, qualified and credible PMO lead practitioner with a track record in effective IT P3O management, adept at communicating and presenting complex issues in engaging non-technical language and through appropriate dashboard visualisations for oversight boards comprising senior executive sponsors and decision-makers. You will have the ability to secure the confidence of senior colleagues, working collaboratively and pragmatically across our internal stakeholder and delivery partner communities, including other University change functions, to effectively manage risks, resolve issues and achieve expected business benefit outcomes.
