The Opportunity:
The School of Social and Political Sciences is seeking a Research Assistant to work with a research team led by Dr Franziska Meinck in collaboration with University of Greenwich.
The post holder will work on an Office for National Statistics funded project to develop questionnaires and safeguarding procedures for a national prevalence study on child abuse in the UK.
This post, which will involve supporting the research team by conducting literature reviews, developing protocols and consent forms, transcribing and analysing qualitative data, with the possibility of supporting interviews. The post is UK-based and may require travel.

The research team is also committed to improving outcomes for children in the UK, and this is our primary guiding aim.
This position is available as soon as possible for 13 months (to 31st January 2024) as a full-time position (35 hrs p/w).
