This post will provide an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and enthusiastic individual to contribute in supporting the delivery of Phase 1 and 2 of the MBChB (the first 2 and a half years of the course) reporting to the Early Years Programme Administrator. You will have recent relevant experience that will enable you to be involved in the long-term planning for delivery of the curriculum and to take responsibility for a wide range of organisational requirements including lecture timetabling, arrangements for teaching and assessment of clinical skills and clinical placement planning and organisation. In addition to this, you will support the organisation and running of summative and formative assessments for approximately 900 students each year.

Excellent organisational skills are essential to the role, along with the ability to work with internal and external providers. You will link with NHS partners to obtain student placements and to recruit assessors for both written and clinical assessments. You will be involved in all aspects of course administration and student support associated with Phase 1 and 2. In addition to this you will be required to work across teams at times of peak activity, participating in other Phase examinations and teaching activities.

We’re one of the best not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK.
