We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Student Support Services team, providing team leadership across a range of student facing interactions. This would include email, phone and face to face channels, as well as overseeing and facilitating the running of administrative systems and processes to ensure a smooth, timely and efficient staff and student experience.
Working closely with AccessAbility colleagues, you would be responsible for leading on providing support to our disabled students, which will involve developing knowledge of the differing processes used by various funding bodies with regard to DSA, and becoming a subject expert on this, providing advice and support where required.
Informal queries are welcomed and should be directed to Diani Gatenby Davies, Business Operations Manager, by email at dgd5@le.ac.uk.
Applications for job share will be considered.
We anticipate that interviews will take place on 21st December 2022.
