The Estates and Facilities Management (E&FM) Directorate is responsible for developing and managing the University estate and for providing a range of essential services to the University community.
The E&FM Customer Service team provides the first and central point of contact for the directorate offering excellent customer service.
The directorate comprises a number of services as follows; Catering, Conference, Sport and Commercial and Campus Services, Capital and Minor Works Projects, Technical Services, Asset Management & Information Services and Utilities, Sustainability, Safety and Resilience.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive person who will be a senior role within the operational finance team providing financial and administrative services to staff and stakeholders of the Estates and Facilities Management Directorate in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operation.
This individual will be responsible for providing a pro-active finance function to staff, students and stakeholders across the Estates and Facilities. Role modelling professional service values, they will deliver the finance function, by confidently supporting stakeholders, continually evaluating their own impact, that of their colleagues, and of the Finance Function. Going forward there will be an expectation of hitting key financial KPIs and responding appropriately to feedback.
The post holder will be required to work at both the Singleton Park and the Bay Campus. Ensuring that a consistently high quality of service is maintained across both campuses
