Job Summary
Do you enjoy analysing complex data? Do you enjoy finding the key insights and communicating these to others? Do you have an interest in education and education policy? If so we have an exciting opportunity for two full-time Senior Education Evaluation Officers to join our team.
As part of the College’s Learning and Teaching Strategy, we are looking to appoint two Senior Education Evaluation Officers within the Strategic Planning Division. Working with the Education Evaluation Manager, the two posts will support evaluation of the Learning and Teaching Strategy and contribute to data and policy work relating to students and education. For example, work related to the National Student Survey (NSS), Access and Participation Plans (APP) and the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). You will produce College performance measures focusing on participation and attainment gaps at College, Department, and programme level. You will also support the Education Evaluation Manager in the development of an evaluation strategy and in working with academic staff who are looking to conduct their own evaluations to advise them on the questions to address and the data available to them to use.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite.
