Henley Careers, within Henley Business School, is a fast growing, award-winning department with an aim to be one of the most innovative careers services in Higher Education. We are now recruiting for someone to join our Employer Relations team, which plays an important role within Henley Careers by continually evaluating industry trends to ensure our careers delivery is reflective of up-to-date placement and job recruitment developments.
This role will be to manage and coordinate the undergraduate and postgraduate placement activity with Henley Careers, ensuring that regulatory processes are followed. The placement coordinator role will include a wide range of duties involving the day-to-day organisation, facilitation and administration of student placements and work experience. This will include the responsibility for organising and delivering placement preparation and training activities in the curriculum and centrally, delivering pre, during and post placement support, monitoring and reviewing student’s placement and work experience uptake and ensuring the quality assurance of all placement activity within your designated areas.
