Summary:
As Senior Student Experience Officer, you will lead on all aspects of student academic status and progression. You will have proven experience of reviewing, developing and implementing improvements to administrative processes and systems, and of promoting these to team members and academic colleagues.
A good honours degree (or equivalent experience) and experience of providing support, advice, and guidance to students on complex matters is essential.
