The Facilities Contract team are responsible for the effect day to day management of the University large Estate & Facilities outsourced service contracts and supporting the strategic development and delivery of our new Estates Strategy.
The Contract Assurance & Business Manager is a key role within the FM team, reporting into the Head of Facilities Management and a senior member of the operational team.
The role is a vital linked between our outsource service providers and our inhouse contract management function, leading our contract monitoring function and developing comprehensive future plans to meet the ever evolving needs of the department, its stakeholders and the University. This role completes the university assurance framework for outsourced services, operational assurance, contract management, financial reconciliation, and future developments.
We are looking for a Facilities Professional who can lead and develop the team and function towards are aspiration of being a best-in-class FM function.
