Background
CitySport is the flagship sport and leisure facility for City, University of London. Opening in 2015 we are home to fully equipped cardio and free weights suite, sport England standard sports hall and 5 fitness studio’s hosting a range of fitness and well being classes. As part of City, University of London, our aim is to create a welcoming and community environment for our students whilst supporting our members on their fitness journey.
Responsibilities
You will provide an efficient reception service, maintain high standards of personal presentation and deliver good professional customer care with specific responsibilities for the efficient operation of front of house systems for CitySport.
Person Specification
You will join a small FOH team and be the first point of contact for all visitors and members of a busy leisure facility. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a professional telephone manner, good time management, exceptional organisational skills, and an ability to work under pressure.
Experience of EPOS and leisure management software systems is desirable, together with a confident Microsoft Office skill set.
Shift times vary between 6.30am and 22.30pm weekdays and 07.30am – 20.30pm weekends.
This role is 27 hours per week split over 4 shifts.
