We are seeking the next Head of the Department of Innovation and Management to join the school’s management team. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Department, so that it realises its potential and delivers excellence across our full portfolio of academic programmes and activities. An innovative thinker, you will work collaboratively with the Dean of School and colleagues to enhance the Department’s approach to research and pedagogy and to maximise our impact locally and nationally. This role will be an essential part of realising the University’s ‘Future Graduate’ strategic objective within the school, establishing a cost-effective and high-performance culture based on continuous improvement. You will bring your own impactful research portfolio and be able to demonstrate an ability to guide a diverse team while acting as a role model in continually striving for a fairer academic workplace.
