Salary: Starting at £43,414 to £51,805 per annum for a Lecturer and starting at £53,353 to £61,823 per annum for a Senior Lecturer, pro rata if part time.

The Department is seeking to make a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer appointment.
The position is open to candidates for the Education and Research pathway (Research and Education focused). Candidates should demonstrate potential to conduct leading edge research in economics. They should have a doctorate, or equivalent, in economics. In addition to being highly research active, the successful candidates will be able to teach and assess both undergraduate and graduate students, supervise doctoral students, and contribute to departmental and university administration.
We are seeking expertise across all areas of Economics and Econometrics. However, applicants in the fields of Econometrics, Environment and Energy, Development Economics, Macroeconomics, International Trade and International Economics, Labour and Education, Quantitative Economic History, Economic Theory, Behavioural and Experimental Economics are strongly encouraged to apply.
