We are seeking an Assistant Property & Lettings Manager to work in Warwick Accommodation; Estates Department. This would be with the Off Campus university-managed stock team, and partly with Staff and Family Housing.
As part of this role, you will work closely with the Property & Lettings Manager, and the Student Lettings Manager within Off Campus to maintain current campus stock until their hand back in September 2023.
You will be required to work both independently and as part of a small team, to assist in ensuring compliance and housing regulations are met, maintaining properties, liaising with contractors, dealing with student tenants, and landlords.
You will be involved with Warwick Studentpad, the online property search platform for our students. This will include administrating the platform, vetting large providers and traditional private sector landlords, and administrating the sales process.
