The Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International is seeking to appoint a lead role for the integration, development and management of the University of Suffolk’s new Customer Relationship Management system and the policies and processes around it.
This exciting new role will support UK and international student marketing, recruitment and conversion activities at one of the country’s most modern and innovative universities as it works to build on its profile both nationally and internationally.
About you
Highly experienced in all aspects of CRM marketing and an excellent communicator, with a strong interest in Higher Education, you will build trusting relationships across the Directorate and wider University as an advocate for adopting the new processes and ways of working that CRM enables.
You will be a creative problem solver who will combine your CRM knowledge and experience with strong organisational skills to deliver measurable results against clear targets.
Evidence-based in your approach you will ensure we optimise use of the CRM to achieve the best return on investment, providing regular updates and evaluation of CRM activities.
