Faculty Administrator (x4)

Working in the Faculty of Business and Law, you will be responsible for the provision of a quality service to the University by contributing to the success of the Faculty through the delivery of the School’s administrative support services and processes. You will deal with a wide range of student and academic staff queries in a professional manner, responding to queries and finding solutions to problems, as required, in accordance with institutional procedures

This post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a busy administration office.  You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  You will have previous relevant administrative experience, be capable of working collaboratively with people across the University in a professional manner.  You will have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, competency in IT skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team. Experience of dealing discretely with confidential and sensitive information is essential. Previous experience of working in a Higher Education setting (or similar) would be an advantage.
