We are looking for a high-calibre individual to head up the MPLS Enterprise Training and Development Programme: https://www.mpls.ox.ac.uk/training/enterprise

We provide high quality training and development opportunities for doctoral (DPhil) students, research staff and academics based in the MPLS departments. The Enterprise Programme is an established programme of enterprise resources, training and networks for doctoral students and research staff that supports and enables researchers to develop enterprising approaches to their research, and entrepreneurial skills that can be applied to their work. The programme is multi-faceted and consists of a suite of core training courses and resources together with broader activities and interventions designed to establish and build mutually beneficial links between research and other sectors.

The Enterprise Programme forms an integral part of the Division’s Researcher Training and Development programme www.mpls.ox.ac.uk/training. We offer a range of courses and interventions designed to help researchers to maximise their potential and develop successful careers.

The purpose of this role is to manage and further develop both the strategic approach to enterprise in the division, and to plan, manage and deliver the programme.
