We’re recruiting for a Student Recruitment Manager who can take our future student journey to a new level! Experienced in student recruitment, with a knack for presenting, yet good attention to detail, this role is central to the College’s ability to engage with future students.

This position is responsible for the management and delivery of the College’s student recruitment activities We are looking for someone who can speak motivationally and professionally, an excellent presenter, who will spend the majority of your time talking (often virtually) to potential students through a variety of enquiries, calls and events.

Working closely with the Student Recruitment Officer, you will be overseeing and handling enquiries, outbound contacting and developing relationships with prospective students through their recruitment journey. You will have a friendly and supportive nature, along with self-motivation and a proactive approach.

You must be comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, as you will be responsible for managing partnerships with university law societies and student ambassadors, to inform and inspire their undergraduates to consider applying to the College. 

You will need some line management experience too, to support and develop the student recruitment officer. There will be some meetings and careers events that you will need to attend in England & Wales throughout the year, so we are looking for someone who is within two hours of travel from London.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days plus statutory holidays and additional Christmas closure days agreed on an annual basis.
Pension Arrangements: 8% pension contribution and salary sacrifice scheme
