This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an inclusive, friendly and progressive team. The successful candidate will be provided with appropriate training to support them in fulfilling the role.

Expectations associated with the post include having an expert attention to detail, being highly organised, and the ability to support the team in the development, organisation, promotion and evaluation of various activities. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as is the ability to handle service financial transactions and appropriately record this information. The ability to keep thorough, accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with departmental processes is critical to the role.

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate autonomy and initiative in the arrangement of their immediate work priorities and an exceptional ability to respond to moving priorities in a busy service; additionally, to a level appropriate to the grade, when encountering problems in areas relating to their remit, the post-holder is expected to be able to propose suitable solutions.

Experience of working with disabled students in an educational setting is desirable.

Please note that a DBS check will be undertaken as part of our pre-employment checks for the successful candidate.
