Join us in our mission to shape the future of education and empower students globally through innovative online learning experiences.

About the role:

We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Online Senior Programmes Officer (SPO) who is passionate about supporting online learning and programmes. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless launch and coordination of our inaugural online programmes within the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy, contributing to their successful initiation and continuous advancement.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day administrative support for our online programmes, collaborating closely with academic and student support teams to guarantee a holistic student experience. Your commitment to educational excellence will shine through as you navigate digital learning systems and champion online learning methodologies.

As a crucial member of our team, you'll offer vital support to both students and academics, serving as a central point of contact for queries and issues related to our online modules hosted on the Moodle virtual learning environment. In addition to your administrative duties, you'll take the lead on various activities including assessment management, content publication, and maintaining accurate student records. Your contribution to assessment boards and your role in ensuring adherence to schedules and plans will be invaluable.

Joining our Education teams in the School of Global Affairs and the School of Politics & Economics, you will have the opportunity to engage in technology-enhanced learning projects aligned with our educational strategies and King's Vision 2029.
