We are recruiting a Records Management Officer to join us. This is a brand new role to the team, reflecting our continued investment to ensure we continue to meet the needs of the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), patients and the public now and in the future.

What is the role?
Working closely with our Information Governance Team, you will provide proactive Records Management support, offering specialist technical advice and ensuring that relevant strategies and policies are fit for purpose, effective and compliant with legislation. Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a self-motivated individual with knowledge and experience of Records Management legal and statutory requirements as well as best practice approaches including Data Protection Act 2018 /UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004, Limitation Act 1980, BS ISO 15489-1:2016 and BS 100025:2021.
