Security Supervisor x 2

Based across both St.Albans & Welwyn Garden City Campus

Oaklands College is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our campus security team. This role involves managing security personnel, monitoring access control systems, and ensuring the safety of our facilities, assets, and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a security role, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.

To be considered for this role candidates need to hold the following.

• SIA qualified.
• Experience in a security role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
