About the role
The role holders will be involved in the development and set-up of procedures and processes related to new programmes being launched in the School. The first student intakes are expected in September 2025 and it is expected this role will then focus on administering one programme.
Programme Administrator - Undergraduate:
The role will specialise in administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the designated programme(s), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, induction, module selections, student queries, assessments, progression, student support, committees and events. The post will lead in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff relating to the designated courses/programmes and beyond. The post plays a key role in the development of the School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team.

The role will specialise in administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the designated programme(s), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, induction, module selections, student queries, assessments, student support, committees and events. The post will lead in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students, alumni and staff relating to the designated programmes/modules and beyond. The post plays a key role in the development of the School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team.
