The College of Engineering, Design and Physical Science (CEDPS) is looking to appoint a Student Programmes Administrator to join our Education Office to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the School of Design and the Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering. Our Education Office is the first point of contact for our students in relation to their academic studies.
Working within the Education Office, in an open plan environment and as part of a team, your day-to-day duties will include:
Our College Education Office is a busy, friendly environment that provides support to academic staff and students within the various Departments in the College. Good organisational skills, an attention to detail, problem solving abilities and an ability to communicate confidently through different means is essential for this role. You should also demonstrate the ability to use IT systems effectively including Microsoft packages, a student records system (or similar) and e-Learning portals.
