The Campaigns and Alumni Relations (CAR) department sustains and grows the relationship between the University and our global community of alumni (former students), donors and friends. We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our dynamic and friendly Alumni Relations team. You will be supporting our work to encourage the alumni community to engage with the University and support in whichever way they can.
In this highly collaborative, busy, and varied role, you will provide essential administrative support to the team. From liaising with alumni and colleagues from across the University, to preparing email communications or providing support for events and engagement activities. With a friendly and efficient manner, you will help to ensure that our activities and processes run smoothly.
You’ll be part of a passionate and highly motivated team. You’ll need to be flexible with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and relationship building skills. Whilst providing excellent customer service is essential to the role. This post will provide a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to gain experience in a broad range of activities within a busy, customer-facing team.
