We are seeking two highly motivated and keen HR Administrators to be part of the administrative team in either the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine or in Oxford Centre for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism (OCDEM), both part of the Radcliffe Department of Medicine, You will be responsible for undertaking the day-to-day administration of a departmental HR function and report to the HR Manager/Deputy Business Manager.
You will confidently advise line managers and staff members, using appropriate methods of communication tailored to the audience answering straightforward questions or researching employment law, interpreting procedures to answer more complex questions, or redirecting as appropriate. As well as this you will manage the administration of recruitment exercises which will include; working with managers to understand their staffing requirements, designing effective job advertisements and job descriptions ensuring that they comply with University guidance and best practice.
You are required to be educated to A level standard with GCSE (grade A-C) level English and Maths, or equivalent and have experience of working in a HR Team/HR Role. Experience of working with an electronic HR system, preferably PeopleXD would be desirable.
This is a full-time appointment on a permanent contract and you will be based at Level 6, West Wing, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, OX3 9DU for RDM Cardiovascular Medicine or OCDEM, Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE for OCDEM. OCDEM would consider part time applications at 0.6FTE minimum. In OCDEM, a less experienced candidate may be appointed at Grade 4 (£25,138 - £28,759 per annum) with a commensurate adjustment in either the essential criteria, responsibilities or duties.
