Aston University is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Compliance to lead our Degree Apprenticeships and Adult Provisions within Aston Professional. This role is integral to our dedication to compliance excellence and assisting our Aston 2030 strategy of providing outstanding, career-focused education. Reporting to the Director of Aston Professional, as the Head of Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our educational programmes meet all regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will lead a team responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing compliance across our degree apprenticeships and adult education provisions, ensuring we remain audit-ready at all times.
A satisfactory DBS clearance is required.
