About the role
As an Organisational Development Administration Co-ordinator, you will support the smooth running of our professional development and wellbeing events through effective organisation and coordination. You will act as a key point of contact for queries internally and with external contacts, and you will support our OD Consultants, Staff Wellbeing Manager, Staff Apprenticeships Officer, and Assistant Director for Culture, OD & Wellbeing to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
About you
You need to be customer focused and able to prioritise and organise your own workload. Working in a busy and multifaceted environment, you will need to use your initiative to solve a range queries (some straightforward and some more complex) that arise daily.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, have highly developed IT skills and attention to detail with experience in data inputting, data analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for the administration of the staff database using our e-learning system and maintaining staff records, and creating and managing a range of feedback surveys, helping to cultivate a cycle of continuous improvement in employee experience.
