The University of Glasgow has embarked upon an exciting strategic transformation programme which will cover significant changes to the Universities ERP, Research Management and Reporting Systems. The programme is in its early stages and therefore presents an opportunity for successful candidates to help influence outcomes and implement solutions that create longer term benefits for the University.
Designing solutions for our staff depends on the use of a range of business analysis related skills e.g. user-led service design, business process analysis and/or data analysis. The focus of our work is increasingly in process enabled change and the Senior Business Analyst role will play an important role in leading and designing better processes for our staff. Depending on the nature of the issue and the potential solution, the role may be more service design oriented or data analytics.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended (permanent) basis. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.
