About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Visa Compliance department within Registry. This role will report into the Head of Visa Compliance and support them by undertaking various compliance tasks and supporting the embedding of the Student route compliance duties across the College.
What you would be doing
You will be responsible for carrying out several regular duties essential to maintaining compliance including reporting changes of status to UKVI via the Sponsor Management System (SMS), creating Certificate of Acceptance of studies (CAS), responding to queries, conducting right to study checks, and evaluating engagement monitoring processes as well as analysing attendance data. You will also be responsible for running and analysing a suite of regular reports to ensure that records in relation to student visa holders are up to date and accurate. You will be expected to liaise with colleagues at all levels at Imperial, to ensure that they are kept up to date of Home Office changes regarding the Student Route and to support them with embedding new processes or rules.

You will have proven experience in working in a higher education administration preferably with some knowledge and experience of student visa compliance procedures and processes.
