The University is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our HR partnering team. As an HRBP you will have responsibility for supporting various school and units, providing professional HR advice in complex situations, supporting change management and leading on projects in line with the people strategy. The role holder will initially provide support to the School of Medicine at an exciting time of growth dedicating approximately 0.4 FTE of the role to embedding changes and processes and building relationships with partners such as the NHS, as well providing HR support to various other School and Units in the remainder 0.6 FTE.
We are looking for an experienced HR practitioner, with a relevant degree and CIPD qualification or equivalent experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful HR advice, experience of managing complex employee relations matters, up to date knowledge of employment law and experience of building strong working relationships with stakeholder groups. Excellent communication skills are essential, and experience of working in the NHS or HE sector is desirable.
