The Liverpool Clinical Trials Centre is an academic clinical trials unit providing the infrastructure for the planning, design, conduct and analysis of therapeutic and other clinical trials, spanning from first-in-man to large randomised controlled trials and other high-quality designs.
This exciting opportunity within LCTC seeks an enthusiastic Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs professional with experience in providing strategic and operational regulatory leadership in regard to the efficient and compliant conduct of clinical trials. To be considered for the LCTC Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs role, applicants should demonstrate a track record of directing regulatory strategies and transforming quality management processes.
Working with the LCTC senior management team, the prime objective of your role is to provide leadership for the provision of Regulatory & Information Governance matters within LCTC and to maintain overall responsibility for the LCTC Quality Assurance team, the LCTC Quality Management System and quality assurance processes, identifying opportunities for increasing efficiency and implementing changes where required.
You will act as a point of reference for other LCTC staff members with regard to regulatory affairs, quality assurance and quality control and, on occasion, will provide training, guidance and feedback to other members of the LCTC based upon their own knowledge and experience.
This is a permanent, full time, appointment though part-time or job share opportunities will be considered. Remote working with travel to University of Liverpool campus as required will also be considered.
