The Department of Foundation Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Nottingham is looking for an Assistant Professor with specialist knowledge in Electrical Engineering and expertise to undertake delivery of one or more modules at undergraduate level from the Power and Machines, Controls and Systems and related area, and support electro-mechanical engineering design and project modules on the Electro-mechanical Engineering degree apprenticeship programme.
The role is available as soon as practical to start teaching by January 2025.
The post is offered on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week) ; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of preferred hours. Job share arrangements may be considered.
