About the Role
This is a 2 days a week, job share role and it sits within the QMLAC staff team and within the professional services team in the Department of Law. The role is managed by the QMLAC Client Services Coordinator. This role is an important part of the delivery of high quality clinical legal education within the Law School. You will assist in dealing with client enquiries, community projects and administrative duties in the QMLAC.
The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a 2-day job share, permanent appointment, with an expected start date of Sept 2024.
About You
We are seeking an administrator with a demonstrated passion for pro bono legal advice, and the development of student education. Ideally, you will have experience of working in the pro bono or legal sector and knowledge of clinical legal education.
About the School/Department/Institute/Project
The QMLAC provides free legal advice to members of the public and undertakes public legal education projects in our local community (Street Law). Its two key aims are to enhance the education of our students and promote access to justice in the community. The QMLAC sits within the Department of Law at QMUL.
