The Opportunity
The plant centre are a small, hands-on and extremely hard working team, striving for excellence at all times. You will adopt a professional and industry correct manner and create an environment where the care and promotion of the plants are the primary concern. About you
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience of working in a plant nursery setting with a good understanding of propagation, the day-to-day management of plants, good organisation skills, good communications skills to be able offer advice to customers on a variety of plants, ability to manage the monthly staff rota and an understanding of the importance of health and safety.
