To enable us to deliver our key strategic objectives, the Careers & Employability Service (MDXworks) are looking for an experienced adviser to join a campaigning and progressive team for up to 12 months.
You will play a crucial role in supporting both students and graduates with fundamental employability skills, supporting them with their career-readiness. Empowering students from the Faculty of Science & Technology (Computer Science, Design Engineering Management and Maths), you will use your own initiative and judgement to deliver embedded career-related learning within the Faculty, whilst simultaneously managing a 1:1 caseload and collaborating with employers to bring about unique work-related activities and graduate opportunities.
We particularly welcome applications from women, gender non-conforming individuals, and from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic candidates who are underrepresented in this area. All recruitment decisions will be based on merit.
We also very much welcome applications from recent Middlesex University graduates who may have studied a STEM-related subject and / or those with experience / an interest in careers and employability guidance.
