The Research, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange Service is looking to appoint an organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level EA support to the Director. This is an opportunity to work within a small team, providing a professional and confidential service.
As Executive Assistant, you will be proactive in your approach and have experience of providing professional, customer-focused advice and guidance for a range of stakeholders. With GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above including Maths and English or equivalent/higher qualifications, you will have a high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including an extensive knowledge of Excel. You will also be able to liaise confidently with a range of stakeholders and work effectively and consistently with attention to detail when working to tight deadlines.
