Turning Passion into Purpose. London Southbank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Senior Quality and Enhancement Advisor to join their highly skilled Academic Quality and Enhancement Team in the Teaching Quality and Enhancement department. This is a full-time permanent role.
The Senior Quality and Enhancement Advisor works with in a team to lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of the University's quality assurance procedures, systems, and practices. You will have a good understanding of regulatory framework higher education operates in, the role of the Office for Students and the importance of the conditions of registration and their impact in assuring the quality of the University’s awards.
The role involves active liaison with senior staff in the Schools, working closely with both Deans and Associate Deans providing advice and guidance. You will also be a critical friend, to challenge, guide and support colleagues in a changing regulatory environment. The AQE team play a critical role in preparing the university for quality and standards audits, investigations and inspections. The successful candidate will support schools by monitoring and analysing of data relating to teaching and learning, and the student experience, in such activities such as student feedback, retention and completion.
