The Executive Support Team in the Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join us. We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and Administrative services to the Executive Team within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person to join us. You will be heavily involved with Faculty level projects such as SharePoint development, reviewing processes, and providing training and support in required areas.
An excellent standard of customer service and a flexible 'can do' approach is essential. Good team working skills are essential, alongside the ability to prioritise and manage an ever changing workload. In this sometimes reactive role, excellent problem solving skills would be advantageous. You will need to be confident using many IT platforms and packages. Knowledge and experience of working with MS Forms and OSHENS would also be desirable.
You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects. More details about what the job involves is in the Job Description. We do offer flexibility to work from home, however this is agreed informally within the department. You will need to be able to work at any of our sites, but primarily, the North campus (John Bull Building) and Drake Circus campus (Rolle building).
Those successful in being shortlisted will be invited to complete skills testing and an interview, during week commencing 9th September 2024.
Please demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria outlined in the knowledge, qualifications, training and experience elements of the job description in your supporting statement.
