37 hours per week – Fixed Term for 3 months
The aim of this role is to ensure that the University delivers a friendly, customer-focused and proactive recruitment process for our substantive staff and hourly paid workers in accordance with university policies and procedures. The postholder will therefore be heavily involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, including: preparing shortlisting and interview packs for hiring managers, liaising with potential applicants in relation to job opportunities, advising on recruitment process and collating interview records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
Working alongside our generalist HR team, this post will also provide general administrative support for the HR Department as required, responding to queries, signposting to policy and escalating enquiries as appropriate.
This is a fast-paced role working within a busy and dynamic HR team. As such, excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills are essential.
