About the role
We are seeking to appoint a part-time (morning) receptionist for the Humanities Divisional Office. You will have responsibilities connected to the smooth running of the building, including liaising with the University’s Facilities Management Team, which supports the building. You will also provide administrative support, including record keeping, diary management and room booking.
About you
You will have a welcoming disposition, tact, discretion, and be a well-organised team player with proven administrative and IT skills.
A flexible approach is required to working hours and the post holders will be expected to cover additional hours or swap shift patterns from time to time.
