Wolfson College wishes to appoint a full-time Academic & Admissions Assistant to support the work of the College’s busy Academic Office for a fixed-term period ending on 31 October 2025.
The post holder will have a significant role in ensuring that the information and processes vital to the College’s administration are maintained and developed at the highest level.
The Academic & Admissions Assistant will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all office matters, fulfilling routine student support tasks, as well as organising all aspects of degree ceremonies. The postholder will also provide support for the admissions process throughout the annual admissions cycle, and will work closely with other members of the Academic Office to ensure that the office runs as efficiently as possible whilst providing an excellent level of service to students, staff, and other college members.
This post offers an interesting and diverse experience for a proactive individual with excellent organisational, IT, and interpersonal skills.
