About You
Are you a collaborative professional with extensive experience in leading and implementing strategic change within the education sector? As Associate Director, Warwick Enterprise, you’ll be pivotal in the evolution and expansion of student and graduate engagement with innovation and entrepreneurship.
You’ll work in partnership with other educational leaders and academic staff, fostering collaborations and translating requirements into new educational solutions. With a strong background in educational design, you’ll lead, scope, and evaluate strategic improvements, informed by an evidence-based approach and knowledge of current and relevant HE policy. Your excellent communication skills and creativity will establish a bold approach to fundraising, attracting new partnerships whilst showcasing Warwick’s student innovation culture on campus and beyond.
As Associate Director, Warwick Enterprise you will need a personal drive to achieve the best possible results in the role. You will have an infectious enthusiasm for enterprise education with inclusivity central to your professional identity and practices.
