We are seeking to recruit a Research Associate to undertake research and project management duties for the 5-year GENERATE project (an ERC/UKRI Consolidator grant, see https://www.manchester.ac.uk/about/news/ukri-award-the-university-of-manchester-17m-to-investigate-gendered-energy-inequalities/).
The appointee will be tasked with ensuring that the project is progressing in line with anticipated schedules and deliverables, while liaising with relevant partners and stakeholders. The Research Associate will undertake, in the main, quantitative data collection and analysis (primarily using national censuses, customised surveys, multivariate statistical models, social network analysis) on gender and energy inequalities, with a focus on the Western Balkans. The post holder will also be tasked with preparing and writing project reports, peer-reviewed publications and follow-on funding applications, in addition to undertaking non-academic dissemination activities linked to the project.
