Key Duties
To work in a dynamic Finance Team as key roles supporting the financial management of Oaklands College as it continues to grow, expand its portfolio of functions and quality of provision.
Finance Business Partner - analysing the College’s financial performance and position.
Required Skills
• Professional accountancy qualification (CCAB)
• Intermediate/advanced use of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong and extensive financial accounting skills and experience
• At least 3 years relevant post qualification experience
• Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong systems and IT skills
• Experience of working in an FE College, with evidence of detailed understanding of college income streams and costs
• Experience of provision of management information and financial support to senior management and budget holders.
