Higher education is experiencing unprecedented change and we are looking for a creative forward-looking educational developer to join our evolving team to help us shape the future. Your main area of responsibility will be to lead the professional development of new and existing academic staff. You will be working in partnership with Faculty-based and Professional Services colleagues across the University to support curriculum development, learning design, inclusive practice, and technology enhanced active learning to enhance the student learning experience and to ensure that all students are supported to thrive and succeed at Warwick. You will be highly experienced, and be able to demonstrate success in designing, developing, and delivering high quality, evidence-informed, and impactful academic development projects and initiatives. You will be an excellent facilitator with experience of designing and leading bespoke development sessions in physical, digital, and blended environments.
About You
You will have extensive experience of working in online environments and VLEs, and of designing high quality online resources. You will be adept at developing and sustaining strong networks and communities of practice and be comfortable working with colleagues from all disciplinary backgrounds.
